As a Lead QA Tester you will be responsible for managing the full test work of one or more projects within our studio. This includes discussing the test work that is needed with the development team, determining the testing features required, setting up the test plans for the project to help it reach the finish line according to our quality standard and possibly managing other QA testers, depending on the project size.

As a Lead QA Tester you are responsible for running test cases (including hands on testing), assuring quality and compliance of our games on multiple platforms and projects. You will write test documentation when required and you will report, manage and track bugs through our bug tracking systems in a clear and consistent format. You will work closely with other testers and the development teams to ensure that tests are completed in accordance with milestones.

If you are that experienced game tester that is looking to do the hands on testing work for our bigger titles, but next to that wants to grow towards managing a small, but growing, QA team, then we are looking for you!


  • Conduct usability, functionality, performance, load and qualitative tests
  • Create general and specific test cases and plans to ensure proper testing of all features and aspects of our games
  • Proactively identify, chase and assist in the resolution of critical issues in the build at all times
  • Share knowledge with the rest of the testing team and mentor other QA members
  • Monitor the JIRA bug tracking database and provide support to users as needed
  • QA clearance of builds for milestone delivery
  • Identify and communicate issues, risks and concerns as well as possible improvements for our QA processes


  • 5+ Years of Quality Assurance experience in game development
  • Previous experience working with bug tracking databases
  • Solid understanding of game-play mechanics and game-play design
  • Strong bug and build status reporting skills
  • Previous experience creating test documentation

  • Previous experience supervising a QA team, or desire to grow towards a lead
  • Experience with development on multiple platforms, with VR as an added bonus
  • Good knowledge of UE4 and/or Unity.
  • Previous experience coordinating QA efforts between internal and external test teams
  • Familiar with compliance testing on various platforms
